then don't go there because you won't get it. if you make an appointment expect it to mean nothing. if you go and get something serviced expect to wait at least two hours before they do anything to your car.
i've been there many times and 3 out of 5 fimes i have had the shittiest service ever. yeah i know why do i keep going to them. i'm not anymore.
i went to get my car serviced two weeks ago. i told them there was a broken spring in the glove compartment and that i wanted it fixed. simple enough. they said they would have to order the part and would call me when it arrived. the part arrived this past week. i made my appointment for 7:00 in the fuckin' morning this morning. i arrived and they told me they were servicing the cars as they arrived. so what was the point of the fuckin' appointment?
i said ok. fine. no point in getting mad. for the first 2.5 hours my car sat there. it didn't move. then at 9:30 they moved it into the garage where it sat for another hour. at 11:30 they moved the car outside. 4.5 hours later they called me to let me know my car was ready. i had been going in and out so i was under the assumption i missed the part where they 'serviced' my car. i got my keys, turned the car on and was about to leave. i figured i'd check the spring before i left just in case there was something wrong.
i opened my glove compartment and the spring WAS NOT fixed. i was pissed. i spent 4.5 hours doing nothing and for nothing!!! i went back inside and told them there was nothing done to the car. the guy said 'the wrong part was ordered.' WHAT? and............????????? was anyone going to tell me this before i drove off???? why didn't anyone tell me that 4.5 hours ago???????? i was (still am) pissed beyond belief. they said it took time to diagnose the car. i knew damn well it didn't take that long to diagnose the car. i was going to tell him i saw my car sitting there for hours before it moved to another location where it sat some more but i was so pissed i knew i would have gotten madder had i attempted to say anything. i told them i would NEVER be going back to them again.
DON'T GO TO UNITED DODGE formerly Dodgeland USA (Anne Road & I-95). i've had enough with them and i would not recommend them to anyone.

i'm an idiot. word to the wise.
if you plan on cancelling something because you just don't want to see the person make sure you have the right date so that you don't end up looking like a fool and end up having to see them after all.
ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! x a million.
